How do I update my payment method?
Go to your account settings and navigate to Billing. From there you can add a new card or update existing payment details. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription charge if you have not downloaded any files during that period. Contact our support team with your order details to request a refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account settings under Billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No charges will occur after cancellation.
Why was I charged a different amount?
Billing amounts may vary due to taxes applied based on your location, currency exchange rates, or a plan upgrade/downgrade. Check your invoice in account settings for a full breakdown.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch your billing interval in account settings. Switching to yearly billing applies immediately and gives you a discounted annual rate.
